All sessions are intentionally paced with a 15-minute grounding arrival and a 15-minute post-session transition, which are included in the total reserved session time.

Each session is guided by intention and shaped around what your body needs, blending techniques of traditional Swedish massage, myofascial release, gradual trigger point therapy, passive stretching, and light energy work that create a balanced, restorative experience.
